About Dr. Fiduccia.

Chelsea Fiduccia (she/her) is a clinical psychologist and the founder of Ever Better Insights, PLLC (EBI). With a vision to make the world ever better, one leader at a time, Dr. Fiduccia established EBI in 2026 to provide mental health leaders with the training and tools they need to achieve operational excellence and improve the quality and sustainability of their practice.

Her expertise is grounded in a decade of progressive leadership experience within a non-profit community mental health system, including five years as a clinic director and senior leader in the organization. These growth opportunities sparked her interest in optimizing workflows for the benefit of both staff and clients, fueling her commitment to EBI’s three primary values:

Dr. Fiduccia has been repeatedly recognized for her operational excellence and leadership, including receiving the 2024 Cohen Veterans Network Founder’s Award and being named the 2024 Early Career Woman Psychologist in Leadership by the Society of Psychologists in Leadership. Additionally, she served as a peer-elected representative on a national Clinic Directors’ Council.

She holds a BA from the University of Rochester and a PhD in clinical psychology from the University of North Texas. Dr. Fiduccia's background includes working and training in both government and non-profit sectors, providing mental health services to the military and veteran community, individuals with severe mental illnesses, and individuals involved in the legal system. She also developed research and assessment expertise in forensic psychology, including evaluation of response styles and Miranda rights.
